Insights
Insights give you a personalized view of your activity. You can find them on Luna's Home Page. Clicking on View will automatically open the selected entities in Campaign Manager to take action:
Email notifications
Receive daily email notifications on Insights that are important to you by toggling on the email switch:
Custom Insights
From Campaign Manager:
Filter for entities you'd like to get notified about and click Create Insight
Give your Insight name & description
You'll then see all present and future entities on the Home Page:
Automations
Automation is created based on existing insights, so whenever an entity is within the Insight's conditions, an action will occur. To create an Automation:
Click Automate on the relevant Insight logic
Define the app, action type, and frequency
Click Save
The automation will appear in the Optimization Center:
Note: Any changes to Insights will not affect the automation thresholds after its creation.
