The following guide will walk you through the steps for enabling the integration between your cloud folder and Luna. You can find more information about the Cloud Sync feature here.

Below you can find instructions for the following clouds:

If you want to set up another cloud service provider, please contact your Client Success Manager.

Google Drive

Step 1 - Choose or create a folder that you would like to share with Luna.

Make sure of the following:

  • The folder name is "ClientName_AppName".

  • The folder contains relevant (new) files, that you plan to use in Luna.

  • The folder doesn't contain files that you don't want to sync with Luna.

  • One folder is shared per app.

  • Folder name doesn't contain "/" sign.

Notes:

  • By default, Luna integrates files, that were added to the shared folder in the past 2 weeks. If you would like to sync older files, please let your Customer Success Manager know from which date to perform the sync.

  • If the cloud folder will be used for Google and contains more than 100 videos that need to be synced, please let your Customer Success Manager know about it.

Step 2 - Right-click on the relevant folder and click Share.

Step 3 - Insert this email: [email protected] and change the permissions to be "Editor".

Step 4 - Click Send.

* Important note: If you can't share the folder according to this process but only via link, it probably means that your organization doesn't allow sharing creative externally. Please make sure your folder is allowed to be shared.
