The following guide will walk you through the steps for enabling the integration between Luna and Adjust.

Step 1: Access the Users section in Adjust

Open Adjust and follow the instructions below:

  1. Click on Settings

  2. Select Account Settings

  3. Open the Users tab

  4. Click on + Add a new user

Note: Only admins can manage user permissions.

Step 2: Add a new user

  1. In the Feature access section at the top of the screen, toggle on the fields:

    • View ad spend data

    • View in-app revenue data

    • View ad revenue data - only if Ad revenue metrics are in use

  2. Fill-in the fields with the following information:

    • First name: Luna

    • Last name: Integrations

    • Email: [email protected]

    • Language: English

    • Role:

      • Reader - to provide access to all apps

      • Custom - to provide limited access. Afterwards, set Reader for the selected apps

  3. Save the new user

If your Adjust Account Name differs from Luna's Domain name (as seen in your URL: DomainName.luna.com), please inform your CSM.
